HOUSE RULES

​1. Registration & Security: Only officially registered guests are allowed to stay. For security reasons, unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited on the property. Please ensure all doors are securely closed when entering or leaving. ​

2. Quiet Hours: Total silence must be respected from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parties, events, or any conduct that disturbs the peace and order are strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

​3. 100% Smoke-Free Space: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including guest rooms and all common areas.

​4. Common Areas & Conduct: It is mandatory to keep the kitchens, patio, dining area, and solarium clean after use. Please use your own individual kitchenware. Hanging laundry in unauthorized areas, reserving sunbeds, or nudism is strictly prohibited. Respectful behavior is required at all times. ​

5. Sustainability & Technology: As an eco-responsible property (solar panels), we kindly ask you to turn off lights and devices when leaving your room. Please use water responsibly and take care of the tech equipment (Smart TV and Ethernet port). ​

Important: Failure to comply with these rules entitles the property to exercise the right of admission and cancel the stay immediately without a refund.
